A name and a blessing...

Can you believe it...its been 3 months (Aug. 16th) since Jude was blessed and I am just now getting his photos up. I hardly recognized that small little boy when I saw these photos. I cant believe how much he has grown.

Jude has made me realize what my life is all about. I thought I knew...until I became his mom, now I know that it is about THIS love.

* and thank you, thank you Sister for these amazing, beautiful photos of our special day.

A few new things for Mister...

Look at Honeyman sitting up like a big boy. Can you even believe how fast he is growing?!

And...My Mom was reading things she had written from my baby book today and we were talking about how I need to write things down. (Amy got me a beautiful vintage baby book when Jude was born but it is more of an album than a journal) I picked this up today and have to say run, don't walk to get it if you have a little one. The art is beautiful and it has the perfect sections to write in. Im so happy I found it. For the locals: I got mine at Soel Boutique and they had a few more...go get one, so darling.

And...here is my teenager eating rice cereal. He didn't know what to think. He pretty much looked at me like I was a crazy lady.

In the mail...

How cute are these two items I got in the mail today for Jude. Im obsessed with no added sugar. Such darling stuff, but so hard to find in the U.S. I say its worth the international shipping charge. I have a list a mile long of items mister needs. DO NOT go on this site if you don't want to fall in love.
And...these are a few photos that Sarah sent me. That top one makes me want to cry/roll.
Look how mad he is...

I love you Mister.

To the rescue...

We had so much fun up at Sister's house last night for our Halloween celebration...

That mustache stayed perfect for about 1/2 a second, I couldn't even get one photo before he had smeared it...

I love how they are looking at each other in these ones...

Super Jude had a mask but he acted as though I was abusing him when I tried to put it on him, I think Sarah might have gotten a photo of him in it...

Sissy (looked striking) and the girls after all the goodies and delights...

Thanks Sister for the yummy food and hospitality.

Happy Halloween...

So, we had a Halloween bash at our friends (The Jolley's) house and we forgot to spray paint Jude's boots for his costume(ya, we spray paint boots around these parts) so we got to put him in this awesome football costume (which I had bought as P.J.s on a whim one night down at the Shopko). Needless to say I think he looks pretty cute anyway...and it is and ode to his Uncle Mark...go #7!

Here are all the kiddies...
and the handsome Burch family...
I will put up some photos of Mister in his costume if his boots ever dry!

SUPER JUDE...

I cant wait to get Mister in his costume for his first Halloween! I think his SUPER JUDE outfit turned out pretty cute. I made the onesie and mask and of course my Mom made the perfect satin cape. I have a few other details that I think will make the costume but you will just have to check back to see the photos after Halloween for those.

and go over to sister's blog to enter to win a darling shabby apple dress... click here to enter.

My big boy...

Most mornings now this is how we find Mister...
He is flipping and Flopping and army crawling all over the crib...

Usually in the complete opposite direction and side than he began the night on...
He's a mover and a shaker this boy.

Oh boyfriend...

I found what I want for Christmas...and only $25,000. That ain't nothing.
Saw this in the Neiman's catalog and rolled. Why do they have a man driving it? I don't think driving around in a pink cupcake does much for your masculinity? Do you think the hat is included? I also died at the description I have hi lighted the best part...

"Put on your matching hat, slip under the muffin top of your Cupcake Car, and let the world figure itself out for awhile. Get (or give) the sheer, joyful chaos of a gift that is mind-blowing, triple-dog-dare, double-infinity forever cool. Make the kids or grandkids literally squeal with joy. Bring it to work and buzz the breakroom. Crash parades! Putter about the ‘hood. Ever had a crowd of kids chasing after you just for the crazy gleeful heck of it? (No worries, the top speed is a comfy-safe 7 mph.) What’s it made of? A 24-volt electric motor, a heavy-duty battery, sheet metal, wire, fabric, wood…and mad genius. Launched at Burning ManSM as a cooperative art car project, the Cupcake Car sprang from the fevered mind of Bay Area artist Lisa Pongrace and her less-rules-more-laughs posse of artists and techno geeks. Yours will be tricked out with your favorite topping, so start thinking flavors."

Mister Toofs...

So, Jude's first tooth arrived yesterday. I feel so bad for him, poor guy. Who wants a razor blade to bust through their gums...not me. He has actually been doing pretty good so far. We tried to get a photo of it but he is very protective of his new addition. Jude is very private. Just kidding...we will keep trying. How cute is he going to be with those little bunny teeth?!
