I heard about this too...I can't remember if I read it or saw it on the news. Anyway, it is so sad and so disturbing at the same time!
I saw this too (on cnn) and I could NOT believe it!!! I didn't even know what sex was when I was 13 let alone did I even want to do it! Crazy!!!
